They are at a greater risk of orthostatic intolerance and trauma while hanging
Be careful of head injuries if they hit something when they fell
Some medical personal advise against moving, unless life threatening
If you cannot rescue yourself but able to move, then move your legs and arms to continue circulation.
Keep head raised while transporting to a hospital if no ambulance is available
If unconscious, keep airways open and provide CPR if needed.

After a fall when a person is in a harness if they hang the harness for an extended period of time it could result in loss of consciousness and that may lead to death.
