If you cannot get to them, wait for help
Do not try it unless your trained to help him
If the person is mobile, have him move his legs and arms to get circulation back to his limps.
Once the person is down have them lay horizontal slowly, small degrees at a time so the blood does not rush back.
Move his limps
Clear airway of unconscious
Use caution when getting the person to stand.
